Pricing
All prices displayed on the DONNJERRY website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). These prices are final and non-negotiable. Please note that DONNJERRY is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be incurred due to international shipping. Shipping / Delivery
1 Delivery Time: DONNJERRY’s shipping times vary depending on the destination. They strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible but do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
2 Delivery Charges: Shipping is free for orders over CHF 200 in Europe and CHF 300 for the rest of the world. For orders below these amounts, shipping charges apply.
3 Delivery Process: DONNJERRY processes orders for delivery on working days. They ship orders from their warehouse and aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
4 Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from DONNJERRY containing your tracking number. With this service, you can track your order at any time.
5 Insurance: DONNJERRY ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. They require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
6 Taxes and Duties: The price of the items does not include customs and import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Returns and Refunds
1 Return Policy
DONNJERRY is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of receipt. However, it is important to note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This is to ensure the safety and health of our customers, which is our top priority.
2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
4 Restocking Fee
Please note that DONNJERRY may charge a restocking fee of up to 17.9% of the purchase price for returned items. This is to cover the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
5 Exchange Policy
In some cases, DONNJERRY may choose to offer an exchange or swap rather than a refund. This is at our discretion and will be communicated to you by our customer service team during the return process.
6 Non-refundable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges. These include, but are not limited to, earrings (due to hygiene reasons), personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
