For products marked as “Limited Edition” or “Special Collection”, the relevant dedicated link will also show the relevant estimated availability date.

4.2. Customers may purchase one or more products, subject to availability and any quantity restrictions that may be in place. DONNJERRY reserves the right to vary these restrictions at any time without notice.

4.3. The products selected by the customer will be placed into a special section known as the “Shopping Bag”. A description of the products, including measurements or sizes, along with one or more digital photographic images clearly showing the products, will be included in the customer’s Shopping Bag.

4.4. To view the selected products and the total price of the purchase order, customers can visit the Shopping Bag page. Before confirming the order, customers are required to check the accuracy of the contents of the Shopping Bag and fill in the order form according to the instructions provided on the website.

4.5. The purchasing process is completed when the customer presses the final order confirmation button, thereby validating their order, which will be directly submitted to DONNJERRY. After this point, the contents of the order may no longer be modified by the customer.

4.6. Before confirming the order, customers are required to confirm that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. At the end of the purchasing process, it is advisable for customers to save or print off the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4.7. The purchasing process must be fully completed; failure to do so will result in the order not being submitted to DONNJERRY.

6.1 Delivery Time: DONNJERRY’s shipping times vary depending on the destination. They strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible but do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

6.2 Delivery Charges: Shipping is free for orders over CHF 200 in Europe and CHF 300 for the rest of the world. For orders below these amounts, shipping charges apply.

6.3 Delivery Process: DONNJERRY processes orders for delivery on working days. They ship orders from their warehouse and aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

6.4 Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from DONNJERRY containing your tracking number. With this service, you can track your order at any time.
